The Hosa STX-100F balanced interconnect has an XLR3F (female XLR) connector on one end and a 1/4" TRS plug on the other. Use it to connect gear with XLR outputs to gear with balanced 1/4" TRS inputs, for example a mixer's XLR output to a powered speaker, subwoofer, or studio monitor with a TRS input.
