Description

The JBL Bar 2.1 Deep Bass (MK2) is a 2.1-channel soundbar with a wireless 6.5-inch subwoofer, 300 W in all. The 38-inch bar holds four racetrack drivers and two 1-inch tweeters, and the subwoofer comes paired from the factory, so it connects to the bar on its own when both are switched on. One cable connects the TV, HDMI ARC (cable in the box) or optical, and an HDMI input takes a set-top box, Blu-ray player or game console. Dolby Digital is built in, JBL Surround Sound gives a more immersive sound without extra speakers, and Bluetooth streams music from a phone or tablet.

  • Nothing else to buy for a TV with HDMI ARC: the HDMI cable is in the box, and the subwoofer connects to the bar on its own.
