The Hosa MHE-300 headphone adapter cable has a 3.5 mm TRS jack on one end and a 1/4" TRS plug on the other. It extends the reach of wired headphones and lets headphones with a 3.5 mm plug connect to a 1/4" stereo headphone jack. It can also be used as a stereo extension cable.
