Description
The RE50/B is Electro-Voice's omnidirectional dynamic interview mic. A high-mass zinc acoustic chamber is shock-mounted inside a machined-aluminum case, so handling, clothing and cable noise stay out of the signal, and a four-stage pop filter blocks wind, plosives and dust. The omnidirectional pattern picks up voices at any angle from 80 Hz to 13 kHz, and the non-reflecting semi-gloss black finish is made for on-camera use.
